Riverine Resort - Alappuzha

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the stunning location of the resort, situated right by the serene backwaters. It provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to truly unwind and enjoy the holiday season. The staff was very prompt and respectful, attending to all our needs with efficiency. The cleanliness of the cottages was commendable, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. the food served was delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast.

There were a few aspects that I did not appreciate. the resort was a bit difficult to find, so it would be advisable to inform your driver about the location beforehand to avoid any conflicts over taxi rates.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by the mesmerizing beauty of nature. We loved how it was situated right on the river and just a short distance from the fields. The view from our room was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with the staff always wearing smiles and ready to assist us. The amenities in the room were excellent, including ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious and sumptuous food. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided. The complimentary boat ride from the jetty to the hotel was a nice touch. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We were able to park easily, and the transportation options were convenient. The location was perfect, as it was near Allepey station, close to the lake, and right on the river. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice location, surrounded by beautiful fields and backwaters. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the freshly cooked food that was simple yet delicious. the resort arranged for a boat ride through the backwaters which was a memorable experience.

The resort did not have a swimming pool or any play area for children. there was no covered car parking at the Jetty area.

Fantastic staff, amazing view, good food, serene atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff.
